The museum committee met on July 24 and adopted the Articles of Organization
for the foundation which dissolved the committee and enacted the board of
trustees. The trustees then drew for terms of service, elected officers, and
established regular meetings as the Third Thursday of each month at 4:30 p.m.

In August 2006, CORE began with a conversation around a pot of
coffee and four concerned members of our community. Just two short
years later, CORE has grown to over 30 regular members and has
been highly successful at accomplishing goals. Congratulations to all of
the great volunteers, members, and sponsors who have made our many
projects possible and successful. We invite you to read about our
many successes and to join in our efforts! Happy 2nd Birthday,
